The Organising Committee invites submission of abstracts to be considered for presentation in the following formats:
Authors are requested to indicate their preference, but should note that the final decision lies with the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts accepted for oral platform presentation may be published in Neurosurgery, the official journal of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons. Authors are requested to take note of the additional instructions below:
Maximum of 300 words in MS Word. Page set up with A4 margins, top, bottom, Font: Arial 10pt. No graphs or diagrams permitted.

Provision has been made for E-Poster presentations. Note: All visuals shown must have informed consent. Speakers must declare any conflict of interest before their presentation.
NB: As part of the registration requirements, registrars wishing to submit an abstract are required to upload a Letter of Support from their Head of Department (HOD).
The letter should confirm that the HOD has reviewed, acknowledged, and approved the work to be presented. EOA will provide an upload link for this purpose, during the application process.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee who reserves the right to accept and allocate abstracts for either E-poster or oral presentation timeslot. Presenters will be notified by 29 May 2026 if their abstract has been accepted. All presenters of accepted abstracts must be registered as congress delegates. Early registration fee will apply.
